Yes, by using the Speed Queen app
Where can I get my comforter washed?
We have machines that are large enough to wash king-size comforters.
Are you fully attended?
Yes, we are a fully attended laundromat. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How do I know which machines to use?
We are staffed by experienced attendants who will be happy to advise you on the appropriate machine to use and how to use it.
How do you use your payment?
Our Speed Queen app payment is absolutely free to download. Once you download the Speed Queen app add location “116199” and then you’re ready to go.

Tide, All Free & Clear, and Oxiclean
How much is your drop off service?
$1.50 for next day pick up and $1.85 same day “Drop off by 12pm”
Will my clothes be washed with other people’s clothes?
No, all orders are washed individually.
Do I need to sort my clothes?
No, all orders are sorted by lights, darks and whites.
Do you do stain removal?
Stain removal is available; however, it is an added service and priced based on the type of process needed to remove the stains.
Do you wash underwear?
Yes, we wash underwear.
Do you use bleach on whites?
No, we use Oxiclean white revive. Bleach is used upon request.
Is everything folded or can I request it to be on hangers?
Yes, everything is folded. However, hangers can be requested and is charged separately.
Do you wash pet beds?
Yes, we wash pet beds.
Can I purchase additional BubblyMat laundry bags?
Yes, BubblyMat laundry bags are available for sale.
Do you fold or hang clothes?
All clothing is professionally cleaned and folded unless stated otherwise. We wash and package according to customer preferences.
Do you separate whites from colors?
Yes, clothes are processed into 3 categories lights, darks and whites and washed separately.
Can I make special request on how I would like my clothes done?
Of course! During the account setup process you will be able to add your personal preferences that will be followed for each and every order. In addition, when you place an order you will be able to create specific instructions for that individual order.
Is there a fee for children's clothes?
There is a $10 service fee for children's clothing ranging for sizes 0-10.
Am I required to tip?
Tipping is purely voluntary unless the order is 80 pounds or more. Then a $10 gratuity is automatically added to the order.

What is the turnaround time?
Next day for laundry and 48 hours for dry cleaning items
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Tell us in the notes on your account where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.
Is there a minimum order?
30 lbs. minimum order.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
Just put a hold on your account. We'll be back on the date you tell us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
How much is it for pick up and delivery?
Pick up & delivery is $1.95/lb for recurring and $2.10/lb for one time
What should I put my dirty laundry in?
You can place your dirty laundry in a laundry bag or trash bags.
